Mr. Arun Kumar Rapolu has 16 years of expertise in global relationships in the industries of animation, VFX, gaming, augmented reality, virtual reality, and motion capture headquartered in Hyderabad.

He acquired his training at Color Chips Media Ltd. and worked with Media Mandi International PVT.LTD for five years as a motion capture data cleanup artist, motion capture team leader, and technical director. He worked for a number of well-known organizations at the time, including House of Moves (HOM), Electronics Arts (E.A.), EIDOS, THQ, Relativity, Frame Machine and Perspective studios. His work on the Hollywood movie "Mirror-Mirror" won him the title of best Motion Capture Lead.

To widen the range of his ideas, completed a screenwriting-focused filmmaking course at the Annapurna International School of Film and Media and earned D.F.Tech. in film direction from MFTI. Eventually, As a director, writer & Mocap TD ; created Pan India's Biggest Mocap Animated Feature Film DHIRA, which was produced by the company he founded, ATHEOREM. The film is an unique initiative, and the film's protagonist was voiced by 12 superstars (Vivek Oberoi in Hindi, Vijaysetupathi in Tamil, Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas in Telugu, Jeet in Bengali, Pratik Gandhi in Gujarati, Swapnil Joshi in Marathi & so on) in 12 Indian languages ; DHIRA is streaming on Amazon Prime video.

Arun Kumar Rapolu is now working as a director on 2 series for ETV under the production of Prestigious Ramoji Group. They are ; Abhimanyu in 2D and Chotu Lambu & Robu in 3D. He is also contributing his creative abilities in the creation of 600 E-Learning modules for the Murugappa group, each lasting 20 minutes and aimed at group employees in the lines of Learning and Development.

At lately; His efforts have led to his being acknowledged by the Government of Telangana, and the firm he leads, ATHEOREM, has been allocated 1.5 acre land in IT Park- Warangal to build an own campus, alongside IT industry giants Tech Mahindra, Cyient, Genpact, and MindTree. ATHEOREM, offers its AVGC-XR (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics & Extended Reality) services not only to the entertainment business, but also to companies in the Agri-Tech, Ed-Tech, Healthcare, and automobile-industries.
